The FoNDT Community Housing Project

The FoNDT Community Housing Project is established to explore practical opportunities for development trusts and other community groups to become involved in delivering affordable housing. Looking at options like Community Land Trusts, shared equity and living over the shop, the project aims to provide practical support to get schemes up and running.

Jo Gooding, Community Housing Project Officer is based in Central Northumberland and works in close partnership with the Development Trusts in Northumberland and the Development Trusts Association nationally. Jo provides much needed support and expertise on Affordable Housing issues and Community Land Trusts.
