Community Alliance Regional Partnership - South West
The Community Alliance is a national partnership between bassac, Community Matters and the Development Trusts Association. The regional staff and consultants from the three partner organisations in the South West have been meeting regularly since January 2007 to plan how best to support members in the region. We have developed a joint approach or `gateway’ to find out what community groups in the region need, and to provide services to them.
Being a member of one of the partner organisations means you are automatically a Community Alliance member. This means you get more for your money! As a member you are entitled to receive the benefits of membership across the partnership. You can take advantage of many joint products and services all designed to help your group achieve sustainability, long term social change and community empowerment.

Every Action Counts
Every Action Counts is a new Community Sector Coalition** initiative to encourage and support community organisations to deliver sustainable development by tackling issues such as:
- Energy, Transport and Climate Change
- Waste minimisation and recycling
- Local environmental improvements (‘Care for where you live’), and
- Fair trade and ’ethical shopping’.
Every Action Counts could help your Trust:
