Why Community Land Trusts should join the DTA

Community Finance Solutions (CFS) has described Community Land Trusts (CLT) as "locally based, not for profit organisations that own assets such as land and buildings through a trust whish is democratically controlled by the community." Elsewhere CFS notes that "CLTs are not a new kind of organisation - in spirit they are similar to some development trusts...."
