Cultivating Enterprise

The Cultivating Enterprise programme offers support to community enterprises at the earliest stage of development, providing a flexible package that can be customised to meet the specific needs of development trusts and other community based organisations. Its focus is on 'pre-business support' and in ensuring that community organisations have the internal capacity to successfully embrace enterprise.

The primary benefits of the programme:

• A specialist diagnostic assessment
• Dedicated support from an accredited case manager
• Financial support
• Signposting to other sources of support and/or funding
