Does your organisation want to develop its own asset base – perhaps through taking over a building? Or have you made a start on the process and need some expert advice and guidance? The Development Trusts Association (DTA), on behalf of Capacity Builders, is now offering a unique ‘how to’ seminar that draws on the ground-breaking experience of our members across the country.

Building on the previous success of this series of seminars, the programme has now been re-designed and updated and now includes material on ‘green procurement’ and using ‘community share’ issues to raise finance.
