A wide range of visits, workshops and seminars are available during the conference on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, please refer to the conference programme for full details. The conference sessions are colour coded around the themes of assets, anchors and enterprise to help you choose the sessions relevant to your interests.
Please tick the relevant boxes to indicate your choices. Only select one “Option” for each day, indicating which single visit and / or workshop you would like to attend.
There are three options available on Monday afternoon that can include a combination of visits to development trusts, workshops or an additional plenary session at the conference venue, they are indicated in the table below as Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3.

There are two options available on Tuesday morning of either visits to development trusts or workshops, they are indicated in the table below as Option 1 and Option 2.
You will be invoiced on receipt of a completed and authorised booking form. All bookings are provisional until payment is received. Payment must be received by 3 September 2008. Registrations after this date should be accompanied with the appropriate payment. Cancellations received after 3 September will be subject to an administration fee of 50% of the total cost. The organisers reserve the right to change the content and timing of the programme, speakers or venue. Please note that accommodation is not included in the delegate fee, for information on accommodation visit www.dta.org.uk/conference. Non-members of the DTA are warmly invited to the conference but please note that the opening session on the morning of Monday 15 September is for DTA members only.
A limited number of bursaries are available to assist development trusts and members of bassac and Community Matters who would otherwise be unable to attend. Bursaries are primarily intended to help meet costs for volunteer community-based board members or staff at smaller trusts and enterprises. Funds have been provided from a number of sources and particular conditions could apply in different regions. Generally, up to £100 can be applied to travel and accommodation costs and up to another £100 towards delegate fees. One bursary per organisation. Payment will be made only after conference and a claim form plus supporting receipts has been received by the DTA.
